Michael L. Resnick, Esq.
Mr. Resnick received an undergraduate degree with honors in political science from Montclair State College and graduated with honors in 1987 from the University of Miami School of Law in Florida. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988. Mr. Resnick serves on the Morris County Bar Association Early Settlement Panel for matrimonial litigation and is a Barrister in the Family Law Inns of Court. He is a member of the Morris County Bar Association serving on the family law and real estate practice committees.
Mr. Resnick was formerly a volunteer attorney for the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter through its legal advocacy program where he's lectured on numerous occasions on issues of domestic violence and family law.
Raquel Vallejo, Esq.
Ms. Vallejo, as a Henry Rutgers Scholar, received an undergraduate dual degree with honors in Political Science and Spanish from Rutgers University in 1999. In 2004 she graduated from Seton Hall School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vallejo served as a law clerk to The Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Essex County, for the calendar year 2004-2005.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Vallejo is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
