Recording Interviews with Experts
In this contested child custody proceeding, Judge Gilson who is assigned to the Family Division-Sussex County determined while a parent possesses the right to record his or her own interviews with their expert, a party does not have the right to compel the other party to record the interviews with their expert including when the children are evaluated by that expert.
